AN ORDINANCE adopting the herein revised sketch/lot plan and technical description showing the natural and common boundary of Barangay Tumpagon, this City, containing an area of 14,435,948 square meters, more or less; and for this purpose, amending pertinent provisions of Ordinance No. 4373-94, otherwise known as the Codified Ordinance of Cagayan de Oro City, as amended
