AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P115,098.90 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the lot owned by the Mr. Cirilo Darunday, which was affected by the construction of the 8.00-meter wide road from Zone 6 to Zone 8, Barangay Bulua this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and repealing Ordinance No. 9885-2005
