AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P3,878.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the reimbursement of the transfer and registration fee expenses incurred by Marciana Tagud for the transfer in favor of the City Government of the title of her lot, which was affected by the proposed 10.00-meter wide road opening at Barangay Lapasan, this City
