AN ORDINANCE adopting the New Schedule of Building Permit Fees and other charges, pursuant to the National Building Code of the Philippines and NBCDO Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2004; and for this purpose, amending Ordinance No. 8847-2003, otherwise known as the 2003 Cagayan de Oro City Revenue Code, and for other purposes
