AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Grade 22 to Grade 23, to Dr. Eduardo N. Almirante, former Dentist IV of the City Health Office, who retired from the service on April 29, 2008, pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act 7305, otherwise known as the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P3,047.22 from the “Personal Services: Salary Savings–Item No. 122- Medical Officer IV (Vacant) at P19,579.00 per month for the period of January 29-31, 2008 to February 1-2, 2008” in the 2008 Annual Budget of the said office to be made available therefor
