an ORDINANCE authorizing the release of funds from the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) of Sen. Manuel Villar directly to the pre-identified barangay-beneficiaries in support to cooperative endeavors and to hasten the implementation of specific infrastructure projects of the city funded thereof; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into Memoranda of Agreement with concerned punong barangays covering the implementation of said projects
