an Ordinance approving the application of the Safer River, Life Saver Foundation, Inc. of Liceo de Cagayan University for the renewal for another three (3) years of its exclusive franchise to operate four (4) units River Taxi granted under Ordinance no. 9309-2004, subject to the condition imposed herein; and likewise approving the river taxi fare rates as specified herein
