AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Undertaking with the Department of Public Works and Highways –Cagayan de Oro 2nd District Engineering Office (DPWH-CDOC II DEO), represented by its District Engineer, Anastacio G. Marundan, covering the implementation of the herein mentioned farm-to-market road projects, under the terms and conditions stated therein; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P1,000,000.00 from the item: “Special Program/Projects-Upgrading/Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road (LGU Equity)” in the 2017 Annual Budget of the City Agricultural and Productivity Office, this City, to be made available as the City’s 10% counterpart for the (a) Concreting of Barangay Balubal FMR (P500,000.00), and (b) Concreting of Barangay Indahag FMR (P500,000.00)
