An ordinance declaring portion of Puroks 1 and 3, both of Barangay Puerto, this city, as calamity area due to gusty winds that hit the area on December 22, 2003; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P8,000.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to Mr. Editho Emboltura Sr. (P5,000.00); Ms. Rosela Briones (P2,500.00); and Ms. Emma Sisles (P500.00) whose houses were damaged as a result thereof
