An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8875-2003, “authorizing the Rotary Club of Kalayaan, District 3870 to use a portion of the city-owned lot at Barangay Cugman, particularly the 100 square meters lot adjacent to or beside the National Meat Inspection Commission Regional Office thereat, as site of its multi-purpose hall for community service projects such as skills training and livelihood seminars, free medical and dental services, feeding program and information center for the residents of Barangays Cugman, Gusa and other neighboring barangays at the East; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the said club, under the terms and conditions stipulated therein”, so as to change the project site thereof from “the 100 sq.m. lot adjacent to or beside the National Meat Inspection Commission Regional Office” to “Lot 2639-B-2-A with an area of 100 square meters”
