AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P78,091.77 from the lumpsum appropriation of the item “Retirement Gratuity” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of the balance of the Retirement Gratuity due to Ms. Naty M. Kilat, former Bookbinder I of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, amounting to P238,096.40
