Lim, Punong Barangay of Barangay 09, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, and National President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, as Ambassador of Goodwill to Australia and Europe on the occasion of his travel to the said countries on October 4-10, 2018 and October 24-November 8, 2018, respectively, to meet members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in the said countries; and highly appreciating whatever assistance and courtesy extended to him with respect to and in furtherance of his trip or mission under this Resolution
