AN ORDINANCE accepting the offer of Mr. Plutarco M. Velez to sell to the City Government of Cagayan de Oro a portion of Lot No. 3032-C with an area of 10,000 square meters out of 38,885 square meters located at Barangay Balulang, this City, to be used as proposed school site of the Cagayan de Oro National High School—Balulang Annex; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to purchase the same and appropriating the sum of P4,694,806.00 from the item “Non-Office: Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2013 Annual Budget to be made available for the payment of just compensation including registration and documentation EXPENSES thereof
