Moti; and the Awardee-Contractor, covering the collaboration of the parties in the implementation of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro’s Employees’ Socialized Housing Project at its property located at Sitio Patpat, Barangay Lumbia, this City, and its accreditation as Balai Filipino Housing Project, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the draft MOA submitted to this Body
