AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Mayor thru the City Legal Officer to initiate expropriation proceedings against Clarito Jimenez and Claro Jimenez, owners of the three (3) lots and improvements affected by the Kagay-an Bridge Project, who until now are unwilling to negotiate with the City despite series of invitations and letter of offer to pay just compensation for their properties; and likewise authorizing the payment of the court deposit requirement and filing fees therefof in court, the funds necessary for the purpose chargeable against the appropriated amount therefor under Ordinance No. 10190-2006
