AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the PLDT Inc., represented by Mr. Menardo G. Jimenez, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Mr. Ramon R. Isberto, Head, Public Affairs, and the Department of Education- Cagayan de Oro City, represented by Schools Division Superintendent Elena M. Borcillo, CESO V, covering the implementation of the 2016 PLDT Infoteach Outreach Program, under the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed agreement submitted to this Body
