RESOLUTION returning to the Barangay Council of Pagatpat, this City, its Ordinance No. 001-2018, entitled: “An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 005-17, Prohibiting the indiscriminate throwing and dumping of garbage, rubbish or any kind of waste matters in open places, drainage, canals, creeks, barangay hall, basketball court, health center, daycare center, schools, churches, all roads and streets within the premises of Barangay Pagatpat and providing penalty for violation thereof”, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same may be given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
