AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P9,063,110.00 from the item “Land Acquisition” in the 2002 Annual Budget to be made available for the of Lot No. 3009 owned by payment of just compensation at P800.00 per square meter and documentation expenses Rovency Realty and Development Corporation, located at Balulang, this city, with an area of 11,054 square meters, which was affected by the construction of the South Diversion Road, this city; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
