AN ordinance declaring portion of Purok 5, Puerto, this city, as calamity area due to flashflood that occurred thereat on October 9, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P73,000.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to the herein victims whose houses and/or properties were damaged as a result thereof
