AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City Accountant to charge the sum of P10,000.00 to the Non-Office—Aid to Veterans Federation of the Philippines in the 2002 Annual Budget to cover payment of financial assistance/death benefit to the late Waldo B. McVickers, a World War II Philippine Veteran and former city councilor of this city, who passed away last July 16, 2001
