AN ORDINANCE declaring the DBP-foreclosed lot, located at Pasil Kauswagan, this city, as On-Site Resettlement Area of the City for the actual occupants thereat and for other beneficiaries that the City might consider and for subsequent award/resale to them in accordance with the city’s policy thereto; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of p647,280.00 from any available sources of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available for the payment of just compensation including documentation expenses thereof; and authorizing the City mayor to sign the deed of absolute sale relative thereto
