AN ORDINANCE declaring portion of Sitio Kamakawan, Barangay Indahag, this city, as calamity area due to fire that occurred thereat on July 14, 2002; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P5,500.00 from the “5% Calamity Fund” to be made available as financial assistance to Mr. & Mrs. Rodolfo & Teresa Calapis - P4,000.00 and Mr. And Mrs. Arnel & Cristy Calapis - P1,500.00, whose houses/property were damaged as a result thereof
