AN ORDINANCE cONFIRMING AND/OR RATIFYING THE Memorandum of Agreement ENTERED INTO BY and between THE CITY MAYOR AND the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 10, represented by Atty. Araceli F. Solamillo, CESO III, covering the implementation of the project “Katas ng VAT: Tulong para kay Lolo at Lola Project,” a one time P500 subsidy to poor/INDIGENT senior citizens, under the terms and conditions specified in the MOA submitted to this body
