AN ORDINANCE authorizing the opening of the proposed road at Macajalar, Camaman-an, this City, as per road plan and technical description prepared by the City Engineer indicating the total amount needed by the government for the purpose; authorizing the City Mayor or the City Legal Officer to negotiate Mr. Solomon Sia and other owners of the lots affected thereby for acquisition of their property by the City and in case of failure of negotiation to file expropriation proceedings in court for the purpose; appropriating the necessary sum from any available funds of the City Treasury not otherwise appropriated as pinpointed to the Local Finance Committee to be made available as 10% deposit to obtain Writ of Possession; and further authorizing the City Legal Officer to order the suspension of the construction of the CARSHED owned by Mr. Sia pending decision of the case
