AN ordinance amending Ordinance No. 8311-2002, “setting aside the sum of p20 Million from the savings of the West Bound Terminal and Public Market to be made available for the completion of the construction and concreting of the J.R. Borja Extension Project, subject to replenishment from the Department of Public Works and Highways (dpwh) fund committed by Honorable Congressman Constantino G. Jaraula”, so as to change the project title therein from “completion of the construction and concreting of the J.R. Borja Extension Project” to “Construction and Concreting of J.R. Borja Extension, Gap Section; and Completion of J.R. Borja Extention from junction Camacawan to national highway at Gusa”
