AN ORDINANCE adopting and approving the program of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (CDRRMF) for Calendar Year 2010 (5% Calamity Fund) in the amount of P67,818,143.54 (30% Quick Response Fund- P30,345,443.00 and 70% Disaster Preparedness, etc. – P37,472,700.54) to effectively carry out the concept, intents and purposes of RA 10121, otherwise known as the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management System; and for this purpose authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to allocate funds for each of the herein items identified under the program
