AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Crown Communities (Cagayan) Inc., represented by Mr. Marlon Niño B. Escalicas, General Manager, for Development Permit (DP) of its Santa Barbara Subdivision Project, located in Barangay Kauswagan, this City, with an area of 6.2896 hectares; Provided, that the area of 1.8 hectares thereof shall be set aside pending Resolution of DARAB Case No. X(06)2078; and Provided Further, that the owner and developer thereof shall provide unhampered egress and ingress to the residents in the area
