An ordinance increasing the number of motorela units authorized to operate in the city from one thousand nine hundred sixty five (1,965) units to two thousand thirty four (2034) units; provided, that only one (1) unit shall be issued the corresponding permit or motorela body number to each of the herein mentioned operators; and for this purpose, amending Chapter 153, Section 644 of Ordinance No. 4373-94, otherwise known as the Cagayan de Oro Codified Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance No. 7374-2000 and further amended by Ordinance no. 8546-2002 and Ordinance No. 9052-2004
