AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P250,000.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the first partial payment of the claim for just compensation of the lot owned by Sps. Eufracio and Pilar Cailo, with an appraised value of P567,814.75 including registration and documentation expenses, which was affected by the construction of road-right-of-way at Zone 3, Bayabas, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
