AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P226,996.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2006 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the lot owned by the Mr. Allan H. Serino, which was acquired by the City as On-Site Resettlement Area, located at Zone 9, Carinugan, Macanhan, Barangay Carmen, this city; for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof; and amending Ordinance No. 9862-2005, so as to delete therein the name of Mr. Allan H. Serino
