AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano to enter into and sign the Deed of Confirmation of Lot Assignment with the Philippine National Police/Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), represented by P/SSupt Gerardo M. Rosales, covering portion of the parcel of land with an area of 11,769 sq.m., more or less, located at the Poblacion, this City, which was donated by the City Government as site for the COCPO Headquarters; and for this purpose; amending the entry of Lot in the Deed of Donation thereof from “Lot 553-B-7” to “Lot 553-B-3-B, Psd-10-064579” to correspond with the approved Subdivision Plan dated August 23, 2011 of the Bureau of Lands, DENR-Region 10
