An ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P3,480,045.00 from any available sources of funds as certified to by the City Treasurer and the City Accountant to be made available for the payment of just compensation including registration expenses of the lot owned by Ms. Araceli R. Pascual consisting of 2,806 square meter, which was affected by the South Diversion Road; Provided, that the actual payments thereof shall be subject to the availability of funds and on staggered basis; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
