AN ORDINANCE approving the application of Communities Cagayan, Inc., represented by its General Manager, Ms. Emelia N. Lustado, for Alteration of Plan of Lessandra Heights Expansion Subdivision, located at Barangay Lumbia, this City, with an affected area of 27,411 square meters, more or less (as shown in the attached subdivision plan), which shall be subjected or required to have a three (3.00)-meter pathway or alley for a block length of 400 meters pursuant to the provisions of Batas Pambansa 220; and likewise approving its application for change of name thereof from “Linea” to “Lessandra Heights Expansion Subdivision”; and for this purpose, amending Ordinance No. 12430-2012
