AN ORDINANCE authorizing the construction of row houses and other community facilities and amenities at the City’s Relocation Site in Sitio Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan, this City, for the victims of Typhoon Sendong; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P64,864,854.32 or so much amount from the proceeds of the cash donations for victims of said calamity, and the further sum of P50 Million that was turned over by His Excellency, President Benigno Simeon Aquino III to the City Government to be made available therefor
