AN ORDINANCE granting one (1) grade salary increase, from Salary Grade 13 to Salary Grade 14, to Ms. Virgie Abrogar, Midwife III of the City Health Office, this City, whose compulsory retirement took effect last October 4, 2019, pursuant to Section 30 of RA 7305, also known as the Magna Carta for Public Health Workers; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of ₱9,292.14 from the “Current Appropriation, Annual Budget CY 2019-Personal Services-Salary Savings under Item No. 233 (Medical Officer II) for the period July 6-13, 2019” of said office to be made available for the payment of her salary differential as a result thereof
