RESOLUTION returning to the Barangay Council of Gusa, this City, its Ordinance No. 2, Series of 2017, covering its Supplemental Budget No. 1 for Calendar Year 2017, with the information that said Ordinance is in order and therefore the same maybe given force and effect as of the date fixed for its effectivity
