AN ORDINANCE authorizing the acquisition of the 2.3-hectare lot owned by Mrs. Olivia Quijano, et. al., located at Balongis, Balulang, this city, which was declared as On- and Off-Site Resettlement Area, pursuant to the City’s Housing Program, at the rate of p265.00 per square meter fixed by the City Appraisal Committee, subject to the existing laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P2 Million from any available source/s of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available for the partial payment thereof; and likewise authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale therefor
