An Ordinance appropriating the sum of P2,866,600.50 from the “Continuing Appropriation, Non-Office: Land Acquisition/ Expropriation – CY 2015 (P2,400,000.00) & CY 2010 (P466,600.50)” to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including documentation and registration expenses of portion of the lot owned by Dr. Jesus L. Seriña et al., represented by Emmanuel L. Seriña or Delia O. Seriña, which was affected by the opening of Limketkai Road Extension from Justo Ramonal Street to J.R. Borja Extension Road, located in Barangay No. 35, this City; and for this purpose, confirming and ratifying the Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Right and Absolute Sale entered into by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno and Dr. Jesus L. Seriña, et al., represented by Emmanuel L. Seriña/Delia O. Seriña
