AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 10301-2006, entitled: “An Ordinance reverting and/or appropriating, as the case maybe, the sum of P788,423.77 from any available sources of funds as pinpointed to by the Local Finance Committee to be made available to cover the deficiency of the funds earmarked for the various activities of the 2006 City Fiesta Celebration, subject to replenishment from the amounts committed by the sponsoring companies”, so as to change therein the phrase “to cover the deficiency of the funds earmarked for the various activities of the 2006 City Fiesta Celebration, subject to replenishment from the amounts committed by the sponsoring companies” to “to augment the item ‘Other Expenses—Tourism/Cultural Promotion in the 2006 Annual Budget’”
