AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P500,000.00 from the item “Land Expropriation” under the 1997 Continuing Allotment to be made available as partial payment of just compensation of the lot owned by Gregorio del Puerto, which was affected by the proposed 12.00 meter road opening from Kauswagan-Pasil Road, passing Villa Cristo Rey Subdivision, this city, in the amount of P1,112,545.05; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
