AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P140,170.00 from the item “Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2008 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation of the improvement (residential building) owned by Elmer S. Tecson, which will be affected by the proposed construction of the legislative building and boulevard, located at Barangay No. 6, this City; and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
