AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of P1,256,665.50 from the item “Non-Office: Land Acquisition/Expropriation” in the 2012 Annual Budget to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including documentation and registration expenses of the lot owned by Susan Cid Española, et.al., which was affected by the 16.00 meter wide Carmen-Canitoan Road, this City, and for this purpose, authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the corresponding Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
