An ordinance increasing the number of motorela units authorized to operate in the city from one thousand nine hundred fifty (1,950) units to one thousand nine hundred sixty five (1,965) units; Provided, that the fifteen (15) motorela units shall be allowed to operate only in Camaman-an—Cogon Market area; and Provided further, that only one (1) unit shall be issued the corresponding permit to each of the herein mentioned operators; and for this purpose, amending Chapter 153, Section 644 of Ordinance No. 4373-94, otherwise known as the Cagayan de Oro Codified Ordinance, as amended by Ordinance No. 7374-2000 and further amended by Ordinance No. 8546-2002
