An Ordinance authorizing Honorable City Mayor Oscar S. Moreno to enter into and sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), represented by regional director virgilio c. eduarte, and with the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), represented by Regional Director Arnel M. Agabe, covering the implementation of the herein mentioned projects funded under the Special Local Road Fund (SLRF) CY 2017 pursuant to R.A. 8794 or the motor vehicle users charge (mvUC) law, under the terms and conditions stated in the pro-forma MOA submitted to this body
