AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 10807-2007, entitled: “An Ordinance authorizing Honorable City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula to negotiate with either the Land Bank of the Philippines, Development Bank of the Philippines, Philippine Veterans Bank or any other reputable government banks for a loan in the amount of not more than p300 Million to fund the construction of the proposed legislative/executive building; and further authorizing him to apply for such loan with any of the said banks that can offer loan terms most advantageous to the City Government”, so as to change the loan amount from P300 Million to P500 Million, and specify its intended purpose as: (1) to cover the amount necessary to complete payments to the contractors which undertook implementation of city public markets; (2) to commence the construction of the legislative building with the City Hall Complex; and (3) the acquisition of immediately necessary road construction and maintenance equipment requested by the City Equipment Depot
