An ORDINANCE allowing the Barangay Government of Barangay No. 1 to use a portion of the lot situated at Golden Friendship Tennis Court, this City, for the flower vendors at the St. Augustine Metropolitan Cathedral; provided, that they shall immediately and voluntarily vacate therefrom once the city will use the said property
