AN ORDINANCE approving, confirming and/or ratifying the Contract of Consultancy by and between the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, represented by City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula and Mr. Ramon P. Chavez, as Consultant/Chairman/Director of the Cagayan Historical and Cultural Commission at a monthly fee of p15,000.00, for the period July 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007
