AN ORDINANCE authorizing Honorable City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano to acquire the herein specified lots owned by Restituto Baang with a total area of 16,799 square meters located at Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan, this City, as additional relocation site for typhoon Sendong victims; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P3,967,800.02 from the herein specified items to be made available for the payment of the claim for just compensation INCLUDING REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENTATION EXPENSES of the said properties; and further authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to sign the RESPECTIVE DeedS of Extra-Judicial Partition with Sale thereof
