AN ORDINANCE authorizing the Honorable City Mayor Vicente Y. Emano to acquire Lot 22939-A, Lot Title No. KOT P-4175 with a total area of 11,115 square meters owned by Joneas Galvez located at Barangay Tablon, this City, as additional relocation site for typhoon Sendong victims; and for this purpose, appropriating the sum of P3,190,942.50 from the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) received from the Office of the President to be made available for the full payment of the claim for just compensation including registration and documentation expenses of the said property; and further authorizing the Honorable City Mayor to enter into Contract for the Deed of Absolute Sale thereof
