AN ordinance declaring the general renovation of Agora Market and the construction of a small market in Taguanao area under a Build, Operate and Transfer (bot) Scheme; and for this purpose, authorizing the City Mayor to negotiate with any reputable firms, companies, corporations or contractors for the renovation or construction thereof
